Business Incubators : Registration Process
1 - Registration in Projects Incubation Program requires completing an application form to incubate an electronic project. Model components are: personal information, project proposal and feasibility study. Registration can be by entering in the link request to incubate a project or inquiring about an earlier request in E-services page on the incubators page on electronic site of the System.

2- Submitting the application to the Committee to gain the authorization
The request will be evaluated electronically by the Committee on the basis of the Projects Authorization Criteria and the applicant can follow the status of his application electronically.
3 - Evaluation and initial selection
This can be done by entering in the link request to incubate a project or inquiring about an earlier request - as explained in step 1 to identify the extent of which the project gained the initial approval or selection, then the applicant have to prepare for the next step.
4 – Providing a Presentation for the project and features analysis test
* Performing a presentation for the project in presence of the Committee for a period of thirty (30) minutes (maximum),

5-Committee Evaluation of the project
The project is evaluated by the Committee. In the event that the project is approved, the applicant is required to provide action plan of outlined in the following point:
6 – Providing the Action Plan
A detailed Action Plan should be provided within two weeks of receipt of notification of approval.

7-Pre- Incubation Phase
In the event of approval of the action plan the applicant will be notified of reaching the stage of Pre-Incubation and pre-set period of three (3) months in which the participant is exempt from fees associated financial security and the amount of participation and the period of Pre-Incubation includes the following:
7-1 - rehabilitation and training associated Training and Orientation is affiliated with the rehabilitation and training on how to prepare a feasibility study and preparation of the budget; of the working sessions collectively, lessons and courses in how to manage projects and work orientation sessions are required.

7-2 - Credentials Completion
In this stage the applicant to be helped in completing the documents that has not been done which are necessary to start the project.
8- Feasibility Study Validation
Feasibility study to be examined by expert team and it is allowed to get an aid from members of Home of Expertise in the System and if it is accepted thus the applicant gains the final approval this enables him to move to the next step.
9- Contracting
Financial security has to be paid, after that the contract will be signed the and then the receipt of the Office and obtain the required support. Term association a maximum of three years >>> Congratulations
